“If drawing belongs to the world of spirit and colour to that of the senses, you must draw first to cultivate the spirit.”
“ Drawing not only enables children to visualize what they think, but also entertains them and transforms their ideas”
Drawing increases the students’ imagination. Imagination is a key component of a child’s growth. When they imagine, they are able to form their own identities and create a ‘ My World’, thus becoming more independent and advanced.Encouraging imagination enhances freedom of expression and creativity, the two major components any child should imbibe.
Velammal Nexus, a dedicated Educational organisation that creates new opportunities for the students to discover their talents and explore themselves, is organising GO CORONA 2021 an International Online Art Contest for Kids to kindle their latent talent and to sensitize them on the deadly pandemic, COVID 19.
